Pricing

We have tried to keep the pricing as straightforward as possible with NO complicated bundles.

Set-Up Fee: £50.00 (one-off fee covering administration and CRM set up)

Once the Set Up Fee has been paid we can get you started within 5 working days.

Call Handling Fees: £ 1.29 (per minute - incoming and outgoing)

Our average call times are 3-5 minutes. That includes calls from a tenant and to your designated contractors.

An invoice would be sent for the initial set up fee. Thereafter, a Direct Debit would be set in place to collect monthly call charges. You would receive an invoice 3-5 days before payment was collected with a breakdown of calls attended.

The On-boarding Process

You supply a list of properties you would like us to cover.

You provide the contact list of the contractors you would like us to call.

We get the ball rolling and can have the service ready within 5 working days.
